By enrolling in the tribe.clinic membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. This is a legally binding agreement, and all payments are final and non-refundable.
3. Non-Refundable Membership Policy
Due to the unique nature of tribe.clinic’s offerings, membership fees are strictly non-refundable. Upon sign-up, Tribe.clinic allocates resources immediately, including products, medical director services, and other resources specific to each member. As such, cancellations or requests for refunds will not be accommodated. By enrolling, you fully accept this policy and agree to this commitment.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing: The total cost for Tribe.clinic membership is up to $6500.
4.2 Payment Methods: Payment may be made in full upon enrollment or through third-party financing options like Cherry and affirm. Should you select financing, please refer to Cherry’s separate terms for payment schedules and additional charges, if applicable.
4.3 Consequences for Non-Payment: If you do not complete payment or default on financed payments, Tribe.clinic reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership privileges without refund.
5. Membership Benefits
As a Tribe.clinic member, you will have access to a range of exclusive services and resources. Your benefits may include, but are not limited to:
- Access to medical concierge services
- Product Purchasing
- Privileges to utilize affiliated spaces and resources, where available
- Member only pricing
- Membership portal
- Access to selected products and materials, acquired for your personal or professional use within the membership
Restrictions on Benefits
Membership access may be subject to limitations, including but not limited to, location, availability, and scheduling. Membership benefits are personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned, or shared.
6. Membership Termination and Cancellation Policy
Membership with Tribe.clinc is a commitment, and once established, it cannot be canceled for a refund due to the immediate allocation of resources. However, Tribe.clinic reserves the right to terminate your membership if there is a violation of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of termination for breach of agreement, no refund will be provided.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tribe.clinic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to your membership. Our liability is strictly limited to direct damages in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Tribe.clinic
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Tribe.clinic, its affiliates, and its representatives harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from or related to your misuse of membership resources or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within Texas.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any disagreement or claim arising out of or in relation to these Terms, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally or through mediation. Should the dispute remain unresolved, binding arbitration may be used before any legal proceedings.
11. Modifications to Terms
Tribe.clinic reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued membership signifies acceptance of the new terms.
